What we are
ADU Financing San Diego is a referral service. We publish general information about financing an accessory dwelling unit and, at your request, connect you with a lender who finances ADUs.
We are not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. We do not take loan applications, make credit decisions, issue commitments or quote rates. Any loan you apply for is between you and the lender, on that lender's terms.
Information only, not advice
Everything published here is general information about how ADU financing works. It is not financial, tax, legal or lending advice and it does not take your circumstances into account. Loan programs, eligibility rules, grant programs and tax treatment change. Confirm anything that matters to your decision with the lender, the program administrator, or a qualified professional.
Referrals and compensation
When you submit the form and give consent, we share your details with a lender who finances ADUs. We may receive compensation from that lender. You are under no obligation to accept any offer, and we do not guarantee that any lender will offer you a loan or any particular terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information in the form and to use the website lawfully. Do not submit information about another person without their permission.
Third party websites and lenders
We are not responsible for the products, services, websites or privacy practices of lenders or other third parties, including those we refer you to or link to.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read and share it for personal use. Do not copy or republish it commercially without permission.
